This is a necessary condition for all matter devices to integrate with these platforms. Since this smart lock communicates via Wi-Fi, it doesn't need an additional gateway（such as Zigbee and Bluetooth gateways） to connect to the Matter hub, allowing it to interact seamlessly with other smart devices in your home,.

How many fingerprints and passcodes can the eufy Smart Lock E30 store?

How long does the battery last in one charge? How to unlock this Smart Lock when the battery dies?

Roughly 8 months depending on usage (10 times unlock through keypad or app). You'll get a low-battery notification when the battery is low. If the battery dies, you can use a portable charger to unlock your Smart Lock via the USB-C port on the bottom of the exterior lock. Note: For emergency power supply only, not for charging the battery. With no communication circuit, it doesn't allow any data transfer. (Includes 2 physical keys.)

Any door with a wood or metal construction should be suitable Dimensions required: Crossbore diameter: 1 1/2 in or 2 1/8 in. Backset: 2 3/8 in or 2 3/4 in. A hole: 1 in. Door thickness: 1 3/8 in - 2 1/6 in. Location of handleset greater than 1 4/5 in.Please check the compatibility infographic above for specific requirement. The Smart Lock does not fit rounded latch hole. Please use provided eufy screws and deadbolt to install for your optimal experience.
