F1: How many devices can be paired to eufy HomeBase™ Pro?

HomeBase Pro supports up to 34 sensors, 16 Wi-Fi devices, and 4 PoE cameras. To add PoE cameras, connect a PoE switch between cameras and HomeBase Pro.
Note: Max 4 streams (24/7 recording, live view, event recordings, or AC-powered cameras).

F2: How much storage does HomeBase™ Pro have?

It comes with 32 GB eMMC built-in (6 GB for firmware, 26 GB for storage). Storage can be expanded with a 3.5-inch hard drive (up to 16 TB).

F3: What kind of hard drive can I install on HomeBase™ Pro?

Type: Hard disk drive (HDD) or solid-state drive (SSD) that use the SATA interface.

Capacity: Up to 16 TB.

Recommended: Surveillance Hard Drive from Western Digital or Seagate.

Note:Additional 2.5 to 3.5 hard drive adapter(B0D1TRQDZF) needed if use SSD.
