  • While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, factors such as flight schedules, weather, and other external conditions may impact the delivery date. Additionally, orders containing pre-order or customised items may experience extended delivery times. For the latest delivery updates, please refer to the tracking information provided.
  • Tracking Your Order

  • Shipping Restrictions
  • Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations, hazardous materials, oversized items, or address types that some carriers cannot serve.
  • Premium shipping is currently available across England, Wales, and mainland Southern Scotland. We are working to expand our coverage to all UK regions.
  • Important Information
  • eufy is not responsible for delivery delays due to natural or uncontrollable events. Any delays caused by the courier, including customs clearance, are also outside our control.
  • Risk and Loss: All orders are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning risk and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • If you purchased shipping insurance, you may file a claim through the "Order Center" in case of any loss, damage, or delay during transit.
  • Claims Processing
  • Reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of the order's delivery date. For incorrect or damaged items, please include photos with your claim. eufy reserves the right to limit or decline reshipment or refunds as necessary. Courtesy reshipments are not eligible for return or refund.

A: We aim to deliver all items together. However, different shipping methods may be applied depending on the product, and as a result, some items may arrive separately. You will receive a shipment notification for each item as it ships.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after shipment?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
